Cancellation Policy

Your Spa Treatment is reserved especially for you!

Should you need to cancel or reschedule, please notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Any cancellation with less than 24 hours of notice are subject to a cancellation fee amount to the cost of the service!

When you miss an appointment with us, we not only lose your business, but also the potential business of other clients who could have scheduled an appointment at the same time. All of our staff are “on call” status and might have travelled to the spa specifically for your service.

Credit Card Information

We will not charge your credit card at the time of reservation or order placement. At the time of reservation or order placement, we will authorize your card to ensure that the funds are available.

This is not a charge to your credit card, however, these funds will be reserved for this transaction. For spa reservations, your credit card information is only required at the time of reservation to guarantee your booking and subject to the terms and conditions provided by the spa where you book your service.

Security

We always use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving consumer data exchanged with our website. We have appropriate security measures in place in our physical facilities to protect against the loss, misuse or alteration of information that we have collected from you at our site.

Unfortunately, however, no data transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. As a result, while we strive to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee or warrant the security of any information you transmit to or from our website, and you do so at your own risk. Once we receive your transmission, we will do our best to protect its security on our systems.
